At least my "officers" tunic has proper turn back cuffs.
SS Officers were permitted to draw a new EM's tunic from stores once a year to wear in the field. Whether they modified them to look more "officer" or not was up to them.

Yer's making that up ..I don't know ...ganging up on me . My human rights are being violated
